How to shop

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse the website using the Navigation to the left of each page, by clicking the main sections on the home page or by using the Search facility. When you find a product that you wish to order, click the "add to basket" button next to the size you require; this adds the item to your personal shopping basket.
From here, you can either continue shopping or proceed to the checkout stage where you can pay for your order and specify delivery details.

Purchasing & Payment

Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will be asked to register a few details that we need to complete your order request.

We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Please quote your order number in all communications.

All payments are made in Pounds Sterling. If your Credit or Debit Card company do not operate in Sterling, your card issuer will convert the transaction into your own currency.

As an additional security measure, rugbystore.co.uk follows the Visa and MasterCard 3D Secure protocols: Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. As part of the payment process, you will be asked to register for the scheme or to enter your 3D Secure password [if you have already registered].

Payment is taken in full when you click the 'Confirm' button on the Payment Page of this website. If there is a problem with payment, you will be advised the nature of the problem with an error message when you click the 'Confirm' button.
If your payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the account holders email address. This is an automatic email and does not indicate acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted when it is dispatched from rugbystore.co.uk.

Shipping and Handling Charges, Delivery Schedule

UK Mainland Orders

Rugbystore will ship your parcel by either the courier Parcel Force or by Royal Mail. Someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives.
If your parcel is delivered by a courier, please check the condition of the package before signing for it. If the package is damaged or ripped, please do not accept it. If you do accept it, you should sign for the package as 'damaged'. If you fail to do this, rugbystore cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged items and you will be liable for them.

Standard Delivery
A flat rate charge of £2.95 [£2.51 + VAT] for an unlimited number of items.
Place your order before 13:00hrs and we will despatch your order the same day [Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays].
Place your order after 13:00hrs and we will endevour to despatch the same day but cannot guarantee it. If we are not able to despatch the same day, your order will be despatched the following working day.
Expected delivery time is 1-2 working days.

Next Working Day Delivery
A Next Working Day service is available to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland customers who place their order by telephone [not available when you order through the rugbystore.co.uk website].
Orders must be placed by telephone before 14:00hrs and you should request a next day delivery. Your order will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day [excluding weekends and bank holidays].
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery : £4.95 [£4.21 + VAT]
Northern Ireland Next Day Delivery : £24.95 [£21.27 + VAT @ 17.5%]
Please note there are some restrictions in Northern Scotland and other isolated areas.

Saturday Delivery Services
A Saturday delivery service is available to UK Mainland Customer Only [not including Northern Ireland]. Orders MUST be placed by telephone before 14:00hrs on a Friday for delivery on Saturday morning, usually by midday - however this cannot be guaranteed.
UK Mainland Saturday Delivery : £12.95
UK Mainland Saturday before 10:00hrs : £19.95
UK Mainland Saturday before 09:00hrs : £24.95

NOTE: There are some restrictions in Northern Scotland and other isolated areas. This service may be suspended without notice during busy periods. Please contact Customer Services if you have any queries.

Delivery to a BFPO Address
For products delivered to BFPO addresses, the delivery is charged at standard UK shipping rates:
a flat charge of £2.95 [£2.51 + VAT] for an unlimited number of items. Please select United Kingdom as the delivery destination and enter your BFPO number in the Post/Zip code section.
Place your order before 13:00hrs [Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays] and we aim to despatch your order the same day. Orders placed after 13:00hrs will be despatched the following working day.

Channel Islands
For delivery of products to the Channel Islands we will ship by either Royal Mail or a courier service with Parcel Force.
A flat charge of £4.21 [exempt from VAT] will be made for any number of items.
Please select Channel Islands as the country for your invoice/delivery address.
Place your order before 13:00hrs [Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays] and we will despatch your order the same day. Orders placed after 13:00hrs will be despatched the following working day.
Expected delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

European Union
For products to be delivered within the EU a charge of £6.00 [£5.11 + VAT @ 17.5%] is made for the first item. An additional charge of £3.00 [£2.55 + VAT @ 17.5%] per item is made thereafter.
Goods are dispatched to EU countries by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the EU. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

Rest of the World
For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £10.00 is made for the first item. An additional charge of £5.00 per item is made thereafter.
Goods are dispatched throughout the rest of the world [non-UK or EU countries] by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.

Guarantee & Returns Procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from rugbystore.co.uk, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. You will find a Returns Procedure form in your order which should be completed and returned with the item(s).
All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements rugbystore cannot accept the item back.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. Additional postage charges of £2.00 (for UK and Northern Ireland) and £5.00 (EEC and rest of the world) are applicable to any item sent out in exchange.

Faulty Goods

We try to ensure that all goods supplied by rugbystore.co.uk are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please return it to:

Please fill in and include the Returns Procedure form. Rugbystore.co.uk recommends that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier - we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the 17.5% rate. All other orders are VAT free and we will deduct the VAT for you before we send out your order.

Some overseas BFPO addresses are entitled to VAT free shopping. If you qualify for this, you must supply (by fax) a signed letter from your company C.O. before placing your order online. Regrettably we cannot refund VAT on any BFPO order after it has been completed and dispatched.

Privacy Policy

Rugbystore.co.uk do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this website, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
