UK last order dates for Christmas delivery
The last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is:
LAST ORDER DATE (UK Mainland): Wednesday 23rd December at 13:00hrs*
LAST ORDER DATE (Northern Ireland): Tuesday 22nd December at 13:00hrs*
We guarantee all orders placed before this time will be dispatched in time for Christmas at no extra cost.*
Over the Christmas period, please make sure someone is present at the delivery address as ALL packages will need to be signed for. In the last few days before Christmas there will be very little chance for redelivery of your parcel - to avoid disappointment, it's vital someone is available to sign for the goods.
* Please note: there are some exceptions to this last order date for Scottish Highlands, Islands and other outlying areas. Please check your delivery post code against the table below:

Special Returns procedure for Christmas Gifts
rugbystore.co.uk appreciates that many items bought at this time of year are bought as gifts. To try and make sure everyone gets the right items, in the right size, a special Christmas Returns policy is in place.
Any Christmas gifts bought between 20th October 2009 and Christmas 2009 may be returned for exchange or refund up until Friday 22nd January 2010.
Standard return conditions apply: All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, unworn, with all swing tickets attached. The ‘Returns Procedure’ form, which will be enclosed with your order, must be completed and returned with the item[s]. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements rugbystore cannot accept the item back.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. Additional postage charges of £3.00 (for UK and Northern Ireland) and £5.00 (EEC and rest of the world) are applicable to any item sent out in exchange.
