Shoulder protection comes from body mapping, impact absorbing EVA foam; of a much higher standard than the cheaper products available. Whereas other tops may only offer shoulder, bicep and chest padding the kids XP1000 covers all of these areas along with the sternum, kidneys, ribs and back to give you complete peace of mind.

The quality of the kids top and padding ensures that you have no additional bulk so can continue playing to a world class level and the top remains breathable and cooling when required, ideal when playing in warmer environments.
