Shopping
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website using the Navigation to the left of each page. When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your size and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" button. Click on the "Size Chart" link at the top of the page if you need help with sizing.
Purchasing & Payment
Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button at the top of your page. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request.
We accept all major credit & debit cards for payment. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet. Please quote your order number in all communications.
If you are shopping from outside the U.K. for example North America, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Payment is taken in full when you click the 'Confirm' button on the Payment Page of this website.
If there is a problem with payment, you will be advised the nature of the problem with an error message when you click the 'Confirm' button.
If your payment is successful, a confirmation email will be sent to the account holders email address. This is an automatic email and does not indicate acceptance of your order. Your order is only accepted when it is dispatched from rugbystore.co.uk.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or phoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Shipping & Handling Charges and Delivery Schedule
Important Notice: If your parcel is delivered by a courier, DO NOT ACCEPT IT IF IT IS DAMAGED or RIPPED. If you do accept the parcel it must be signed for as damaged.If you fail to do this, rugbystore cannot be held responsible for any missing items and you will be liable for them.
UK Mainland : For products to be delivered within the United Kingdom we will ship either by courier using Parcel Force, or by Royal Mail. Someone must be available at your delivery address to sign for the parcel when it arrives. A flat charge of £4.95 [£4.21 + VAT @ 17.5%] is made for any number of items.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.
Next Working Day Delivery Service : Next Working Day delivery service is available to orders placed by telephone [not available when your order is placed through the rugbystore.co.uk website]. Orders must be placed before 2pm and will be delivered next working day [excluding bank holidays and weekends]. This service is available to the Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Please note there are some restrictions in Northern Scotland and other isolated areas.
UK Mainland Next Day Delivery : £7.95 [£6.77 + VAT @ 17.5%]
Northern Ireland Next Day Delivery : £24.95 [£21.27 + VAT @ 17.5%]
NOTE: This Next Day service may be suspended without notice during busy periods, or may not be available on certain days of the week if order volumes are very high [Mondays, for example]. Please contact Customer Services if you have queries.
Saturday Delivery Services - available to UK Mainland Customer Only [not including Northern Ireland]: A Saturday delivery service is now available from rugbystore.co.uk. Orders MUST be placed by TELEPHONE on the Friday for delivery the following day. Orders must be placed before 2pm and will be delivered on the Saturday morning, usually by midday - however this cannot be guaranteed. This service is only available to the Mainland UK only [excluding Northern Ireland]. Please note there are some restrictions in Northern Scotland and other isolated areas.

Channel Islands : For products to be delivered to the Channel Islands we will ship by either Royal Mail or a courier service. A flat charge of £4.30 [exempt from VAT] will be made for any number of items. Please select Channel Islands as the country for your invoice/delivery address.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. Please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.
European Union : For products to be delivered within the EU a charge of £6.00 [£5.11 + VAT @ 17.5%] is made for the first item. An extra charge of £3.00 [£2.55 + VAT @ 17.5%] per item is made thereafter.
Goods are dispatched to EU countries by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the EU. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.
Rest of the World : For products to be delivered to the Rest Of The World a charge of £10.00 is made for the first item. An extra charge of £5.00 per item is made thereafter.
Goods are dispatched throughout the rest of the world [non-UK or EU countries] by either Standard Air Mail service or international courier. Delivery times vary throughout the world. Please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Goods are not dispatched until full payment is received.
Delivery to a BFPO Address : For products delivered to BFPO addresses, the delivery is charged at standard UK shipping rates: a flat charge of £4.95 [£4.21 + VAT @ 17.5%] is made for any number of items. Please select United Kingdom as the delivery destination and enter your BFPO number in the Post/Zip code section.
Guarantee & Returns Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from rugbystore.co.uk, you may return them to us within 21 days of receipt for either refund or exchange. You will find a Returns Procedure form in your order which should be completed and returned with the item(s).
All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, unworn, in original packaging with all swing tickets attached. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements rugbystore cannot accept the item back.
We regret that no postage or carriage can be refunded for returned items. Additional postage charges of £3.00 (for UK and Northern Ireland) and £5.00 (EEC and rest of the world) are applicable to any item sent out in exchange.
Faulty Goods
We try to ensure that all goods supplied by rugbystore.co.uk are of the highest quality. However, if you receive a faulty item, please return it to: Rugbystore.co.uk, Unit 8, Cavalry Business Park, Peebles, EH45 9BU. Please fill in and include the Returns Procedure form. Rugbystore.co.uk recommends that you get a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office or Courier - we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing or are damaged in transit.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty.
